Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree from Mansfield State College in 1960, a Master's Degree from the University of Illinois in 1965, and a Juris Doctor from Dickinson School of Law in 1973. Mr. Brann has practiced law in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania and was associated for ten years with Wayne A. Bromfield until 1986, when Mr. Bromfield became a judge of the local court.
Mr. Brann is an adjunct professor at Bucknell University where he teaches a course on business law, a member of the Laurelton Center Board of Directors and a member of the Laurelton Center Special Task Force.

Terry graduated magna cum laude from Dartmouth College where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his Juris Doctor from the Harvard Law School and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Malcolm Muir of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania in Williamsport, PA. Prior to Brann& Light, Terry was associated in Lewisburg with James F. McClure, Jr.
Mr. Light has been active in the area of law practice management for both the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations and has authored articles on those subjects in statewide and national publications. He served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and chaired the Civil Justice Reform Act Advisory Group for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Light understands and can communicate in French, German, and Russian.
